Abstract

The management of class treasurers at SMK Negeri 1 Tapen is still done manually by recording in a ledger. Therefore, to overcome the weaknesses of the class cash data collection system at SMK Negeri 1 Tapen which is carried out manually, it is necessary to create a computer-based class treasurer management information system, so that class treasurer management can be carried out more quickly, precisely and accurately. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to design a Web-based Class Treasurer Information System at SMK Negeri 1 Tapen using PHP and MySQL. In the treasurer application the class consists of input and output. Input by the administrator is user data. The administrator's output is user data. The output of the class teacher, class treasurer and students is income data, expenditure data and notification data. The advantages of this application are that it is easy to access, more efficient, has a high level of accuracy and guaranteed confidentiality. Meanwhile, the weakness is that you have a laptop/notebook and not everyone can access it.
